Elixiré Hair Co. — All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and strict sanitation standards, all sales from Elixiré Hair Co. are final. Once an item has been delivered to the original customer, it can no longer be resold or restocked for hygiene and safety reasons. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.
K. Janaé Hair Co. — 72‑Hour Quality Review Window
We stand behind the quality of our extensions and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. For this reason, K. Janaé Hair Co. offers a 72‑hour grace period to report any concerns prior to installation.
To qualify for review or accommodation:
• The hair must be in its original packaging
• Bundles must not be opened, installed, brushed, dyed, washed, or altered in any way
• Concerns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
If the product meets these conditions and a quality issue is confirmed, customers are eligible for a 25% refund as a courtesy accommodation.
After the 72‑hour window, or if the bundles have been opened or installed, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
